in blue felt tip, 5x3. A radio actor from the 1930s series Gangbusters,
Larry Haines (1918-2008) portrayed Stu Bergman on TV's Search for
Tomorrow from the 11th episode in 1951 to the end of the series (1985).
He earned two Daytime Emmys, and was First Lady Pat Nixon's favorite soap
opera character. Haines also appeared on Broadway, gaining Tony nominations
for one play (Generation, 1966) and one musical (Promises,
Promises, 1969). Ink note (unknown hand) on verso. Fine
condition.
