Typed Letter signed: "Letitia Dean", 1 page, 4x8, No place, 1985 July 10. On personal letterhead to Peter McGrath, Waterford, Ireland. In full: "Thank you for your wonderful letter beautifully written I must say. Nice to know you are enjoying "EastEnders", I did not know it reached you in Eire. I am sending you the two photos you requested, one of the real me and the other as the B.B.C.'s 'Sharon Watts' (the dog is on the left). [Items not included.] Hope you like them. Waterford is where the wonderful glass comes from isn't it. My father lived in Kilenney just outside Dublin he says (before I was born). Bye for now. Lots of lovely things." Television actress Letitia Dean (b. 1967) was an original cast member of the popular British sitcom EastEnders (1985-1995), appearing occasionally on the show in subsequent years. In early 2012 it was announced that she will return to the cast of EastEnders. She had her own series, Split Ends (1989), and has had recurring roles on Grange Hill and Lucy Sullivan is Getting Married. Dean, known for her weight fluctuations, marketed a successful exercise video after her most recent and successful diet. Signature lightly beaded but legible. Fine condition.
