Autograph Letter signed: "Lili St. Cyr", 1p, 8½x11. No place, no year November 16. On her personal letterhead, "The Fabulous Female/Lili St Cyr" imprinted at upper margin and an image of her in background, to Dennis. In full: "I enclose your autographed photo plus the 5 additional you ordered. I also send (as a present) 3 postcards of me that were made in Las Vegas many years ago, and are a collectors [sic] item. I thought you might like to use them for Christmas cards so I autographed them for both of us! Yes, there are additional photos available at this time, and if you order any please let me know if you want full figure or head shots. Also, if you are interested in more post cards, they are available at $1.00 each. There will be a one dollar mailing charge on all orders after this week. Hope this finds you well & happy and have a good Thanksgiving." Photographs and postcards not present. Lili St. Cyr (1918-1999), a famous stripper of the 1940s and beyond, also appeared in a few feature films in the 1950s and 1960s. Her 1951 trial for "lewd and lascivious" behavior resulted in a not guilty verdict, the jury deciding that her performances were art. St. Cyr had several husbands and reported lovers.
