Las Vegas when it had a dirt road and one Casino! Best of luck with your project." Lina Basquette
(1907-1994), a leading dancer in the Ziegfield Follies, starred in films of the silent era,
including Cecil B. DeMille's The Godless Girl (1929). She was married nine times,
beginning with movie mogul Sam Warner, and boasted of affairs with men including boxer
Jack Dempsey and mobster Johnny Roselli. Retired from films after 1942, she became a
prize-winning breeder of Great Danes. Name and location printed on verso.Adhesive residue
