Contract between Minnelli and United Artists to provide a limited, non-exclusive license to Minnelli to exhibit the picture, New York, New York. Co-signed: "Dean Stobler" as Sr. Vice President of United Artists. Liza Minnelli (born in 1946), the daughter of Judy Garland and director Vincente Minnelli, won both the Academy Award and the Golden Globe for Best Actress for Cabaret in 1972. The star of stage and screen has also won two Tony Awards for Best Actress in a Musical (Flora, the Red Menace, 1965; The Act, 1978) and the 1972-1973 Emmy Award for Outstanding Single Program Variety or Musical (Liza with a "Z"). Minnelli was also nominated for an Academy Award and Golden Globe for The Sterile Cuckoo (1969) and was nominated for Golden Globes for Lucky Lady (1975), New York, New York (1977) and Arthur (1981).
