Captured by North Korea in 1968.
Photograph signed: "Best Wishes/L.M. 'Pete' Bucher/CO USS Pueblo" in silver ink. B/w, 8x10. The Commanding Officer of the USS Pueblo, Commander Lloyd M. Bucher, and 82 of his crew were held for 11 months after the ship was seized by North Korea because of suspected spying. They were released December 24, 1968. Fine condition.
