perforated left edge stapled at top left. 9 July 1962. Membership form for the American
Federation of Television and Radio Artists as an actress. Actress Lois Battle joined AFTRA in
July 1962 when she appeared on Stump the Stars. She stayed around the business for many
years but has few credits to her name: My Fair Lady (1964), The Rat Patrol (1967), Columbo
(1971), Something Evil (1972) and Louis Armstrong-Chicago Style (1976). Lightly toned
and creased. Receipt has creases at top edge and carbon copy marks. Otherwise, fine condition.
