overall, 9¼x7¼ image, one surface. An actress since childhood, Anderson,
born in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1945, reached stardom as Jennifer Marlowe
on the TV sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati (1978-1982). Nominated for two
Emmy Awards (1980, 1981) and three Golden Globes (1980, 1981 and
1982) for the role, Anderson was in constant demand for TV movies, including
portrayals of actresses Jayne Mansfield (1980) and Thelma Todd (1991). Her
feature film credits include Stroker Ace (1983), in which she
co-starred with her future husband (1988-1995), Burt Reynolds. Their
stormy and much publicized marriage ended in divorce. Anderson went on to appear
in films and make guest appearances on several TV series, including a
recurring role as Kiki Spelling in So noTORIous (2006). Minor
surface creases, otherwise in fine condition.
