Advertisement for a presentation of Look to the Rainbow at London's King's Head Theatre Club. JACK GILFORD (1907-1990) was twice nominated for a Tony Award for his work in musicals: as Best Featured Actor for A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (1963) and as Best Actor for Cabaret (1967). He was nominated for a 1973 Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Save the Tiger. (Jack Lemmon, shown here, won the Best Actor Oscar for the same film.) Gilford made several appearances on The Carol Burnett Show; he had first appeared with Burnett on Broadway in Once Upon a Mattress (1959). Gilford and his wife Madeline, active in political reform causes, were blacklisted in Hollywood during the 1950s. SIMON RUSSEL BEALE (b. 1961) appeared in over 20 films and television series between 1985 and 2012, most notably as Home Secretary William Towers in MI-5 (2010-2011). Canadian actress ISABELLE LUCAS (1927-1997) appeared in over 30 films and television series between 1957 and 1995, most notably as Pearl Foster in The Fosters (1976-1977) and Sonia in May to December (1989-1993). MANDY MORE appeared in several films and television series between 1976 and 2004, most notably as Karen in the first season of London's Burning (1988). Stage actor and film director/producer JOHN CHESTER directed and produced several films and documentaries between 2001 and 2010. His Rock Prophecies (2010), won awards at the Nashville Film Festival and Rhode Island International Film Festival. Other signers include MICHAEL CANTWELL and BARBARA ROSENBLAT.
