LOOKING FOR LOVE MOVIE CAST
Publicity photograph for the 1964 film signed by Jim Hutton and Paula Prentiss, one of five films the duo appeared in together
Photograph signed: "Thanks/Paula/Prentiss", "Jim Hutton", B/w 10¼x8. PAULA PRENTISS (b. 1938) was signed by MGM in 1960, which groomed her for stardom in such films as Where the Boys Are (1960), The Honeymoon Machine (1961) and The Horizontal Lieutenant (1963). In 1967, she co-starred with her husband Richard Benjamin in a TV sitcom He and She that received a loyal cult following. Prentiss continued popping up in excellent film roles thereafter in such movies as The Stepford Wives (1975), Friendships, Secrets and Lies (1979), Buddy, Buddy (1981) and Mrs. Winterbourne (1996). Actor JIM HUTTON (1934-1979) was spotted by director Douglas Sirk while performing in Germany, at the time a soldier with the U.S. Army. He was given a small role in A Time to Love and a Time to Die, pursuing acting more seriously upon his return to the U.S. One of his earliest film roles was in Where the Boys Are (1960) opposite Paula Prentiss, one of five films the two would appear in together. Although he appeared in a number of films, Hutton is best remembered for his starring role in the mystery televsion series Ellery Queen (1975). Corners lightly worn and creased. Slightly toned. Slight surface creases. Otherwise, fine condition.
