Actor Lou Holtz and radio/ theatre producer Anna Sosenko signed this contract in 1945 to have Holtz appear on the radio show The Raleigh Room, produced by Sosenko.

Holtz was to be compensated $1250.00 for a half hour performance. Actor/screenwriter LOU HOLTZ (1893-1980), not to be confused with football coach Lou Holtz, appeared in films of the 1930s, including Follow the Leader (1930), School for Romance (1934) and When Do We Eat? (1934). He appeared twice on TV's Ed Sullivan Show (1959) and on an episode of Twilight Zone (1963). He is credited as a writer on the 1945 Ziegfeld Follies. Signing on behalf of Sosenko Productions, ANNA SOSENKO (1909-2000, born in New York City) produced the hit radio talk show The Raleigh Room, sponsored by Raleigh cigarettes and hosted by the entertainer Hildegarde. The show's theme song, Darling Je Vous Aime Beaucoup, was written by Sosenko, who was also Hildegarde's manager. (The song was later made famous by Nat King Cole) Sosenko put her vast knowledge of theatre and music to work, conceiving and producing star-studded musical evenings that honored the greats of the theatre. A congenial, outspoken and intense woman, Sosenko probably knew more of the great stars of the theatre of the last 60 years than anyone. Horizontal fold creases. Staple holes at upper left corner.
