"The Toe" was the last original NFL Brown to retire.
Printed Art signed: "Lou Groza". Color, 4x6. Lou Groza (1924-2000) was last of the
"original" 1950 NFL Cleveland Browns to retire. A regular offensive tackle from 1947-1959,
a back injury forced him not to play in 1960. From 1961-1967, he was the Browns kicking
specialist. His last-second field goal won 1950 NFL title game. Groza's 1,608 points scored is
sixth on the all-time list; his 810 points after touchdown is second. In 1950, Lou Groza led
the NFL in field goal percentage, while his brother Alex Groza, a former All-American
basketball star at Kentucky, led the NBA in field goal percentage! Lou Groza entered the
Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1974. Fine condition.
