Accompanied by another magazine photo and news clipping about her. Louise
Huff (1895-1973) toured in a stage production of Ben-Hur before
making her silent film debut in 1913. She played leading roles in
Seventeen (1916), Great Expectations (1917) and Disraeli
(1921), and co-starred with her first husband, Edgar Jones, in a series of
two-reel melodramas. She made her last movie in 1922, but starred on
Broadway in Mary the Third in 1923. The Lubin Manufacturing
Company was a film production company active from 1902 to 1916, which
dates the signature from the period of her film career. Mouting residue.
