Autograph envelope signed "Louise Jameson" in the return address on flap. 10½x8¼. Addressed to Todd Axelrod at the American Museum of Historical Documents, Las Vegas, Nevada. Three British stamps affixed. British actress Jameson, born in 1951, is probably best known as leather-clad barbarian Leela of the Sevateem, a companion of the fourth Doctor (Tom Baker) in Doctor Who (1977-1978) and as Rosa di Marco in Eastenders (1998-2000). She has appeared in over 30 movies and TV shows since 1971, with recurring roles as Tania Braithwaite on The Omega Factor (1979), The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 13 3/4 (1985-1987), Bergerac (1985-1990), Rides (1992-1993), River City (2008), and her personal favorite, Blanche Simmons in Tenko (1981-1982). Jameson has also appeared on stage, including three years with the Royal Shakespeare Company. Envelope is open and empty. Lightly creased. Paper loss and adhesive residue under flap. Otherwise in fine condition.
