Lucia Valentina Terrani (1946-1988) was an Italian coloratura mezzo-soprano known for her rich voice, musicianship and stage presence. She was known for her mastery of the Rossini repertoire, especially the role of Angelina in La Cenerentola with which she debuted at La Scala in 1973. She married Italian actor Alberto Terrani in 1973, adding his surname to hers. She performed on opera stages throughout Europe and the Americas, but contracted leukemia and died of complications from a bone marrow transplant at age 51. Fine condition.
