Autograph Letter Signed: "Lucrezia Bori", 2p, front and verso, 5¼x6¾. The Berkshire, New
York, 1933 April 27. To: "Dear Mr. Bowlemt?". In full: "Don't forget that you promised to
take Nannette and me to the night court. I will look for you tonight at the Metropolitan Opera
Ball which will be an (sic) unique affair. Sincerely yours," Lucrezia Bori (1887-1960) a Spanish
soprano was one of the most popular singers to perform at the Metropolitan Opera. Her
roles included Carmen, Violetta and Mimi. Mounting remnants on verso lightly show
through at edges. Fold crease not near signature. Fine condition.
