BRUCE H. NECKEL (b. 1944) has been in the entertainment industry since 1965, beginning with his directing of an episode of the popular series Days of Our Lives (1965). He then appeared in minor roles in several series, including one recurring role in the series The Streets of San Francisco (1974-1977). However, Neckel is now better known for his writing, becoming an Emmy nominated writer for the series Days of Our Lives and Spyder Games. His last writing credit was in 2006. NESSA HYAMS (b. 1941), the sister of actor Peter Hyams and the granddaughter of impresario Sol Hurok, has been casting director on many films since the early 1970s, including Summer of 42, and Blazing Saddles and The Exorcist. She has directed occasionally, mostly for television, and was producer on the film The Saint of Fort Washington (1993). Some areas of this document have been censored to protect signer identity.
