One Day Movie Contract signed: "Victor Paul", "Nessa Hyams", 8½x6. June 8, 1973. Hollywood, California. One Day contract for the actor's appearance in Magnum Force at the rate of $138.00 a day. Primarily a stuntman in over 80 credits, VICTOR PAUL (1927-2011) also worked as an actor, second unit director, songwriter, and fencing/sword fighting coach. Paul made both his acting and stunt acting debut in 1949, with the films Scene of the Crime and Battleground. Although he did an extensive amount of stunt work over his career, his most extensive work was on the 1966 Batman series, acting as stunt coordinator for the entire run of the series. He wrote "Wanda's Song" for the film Teenage Hitchhikers, which he also acted in as Bomber. Behind the scenes, Paul was the sword fighting coordinator for four films, and was the second unit director for The Favorite (1989). NESSA HYAMS (b. 1941), the sister of actor Peter Hyams and the granddaughter of impresario Sol Hurok, has been casting director on many films since the early 1970s, including Summer of 42, and Blazing Saddles and The Exorcist. She has directed occasionally, mostly for television, and was producer on the film The Saint of Fort Washington (1993). Some areas of this document have been censored to protect signer identity.
