TONY PIAZZA appeared in the film Magnum Force as "cop", and has also appeared in the series The Streets of San Francisco (1973). In recent years, Piazza has turned to writing, penning a number of mystery novels. NESSA HYAMS (b. 1941), the sister of actor Peter Hyams and the granddaughter of impresario Sol Hurok, has been casting director on many films since the early 1970s, including Summer of 42, and Blazing Saddles and The Exorcist. She has directed occasionally, mostly for television, and was producer on the film The Saint of Fort Washington (1993). Some areas of this document have been censored to protect signer identity.
