Shown as the 2006 inductees into the Astronaut Hall of Fame, wearing space suits against a backdrop of the Earth seen from orbit, and showing the mission patches for each. CHARLES F. BOLDEN, JR. After retiring as an astronaut, he continued his work for NASA, most recently on the International Space Station program. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, BREWSTER H. SHAW, JR.
