An Employment of Day Player contract for Fred Curt's appearance in Mame, signed by him and casting director Nessa Hyams. Extremely rare!
One Day Movie Contract signed: "Fred Curt", "Nessa Hyams", 8½x6. Dancer FRED CURT began his career in the 1950's, appearing in touring theatre productions and musical revues alongside talents like Agnes de Mille, Bea Lillie, Natalie Wood, and Bob Fosse. Although his roles in plays and film are mostly uncredited, he is well recognized in the dance world, being honored several times over for his contributions. Some his more famous film credits include Hello, Dolly! (1969), Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (1954), and Carousel (1956) NESSA HYAMS (b. 1941), the sister of actor Peter Hyams and the granddaughter of impresario Sol Hurok, has been casting director on many films since the early 1970s, including Summer of 42, and Blazing Saddles and The Exorcist. She has directed occasionally, mostly for television, and was producer on the film The Saint of Fort Washington (1993). Binding holes on top margin. Slight surface creases. Corners slightly worn.
