Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare/Washington, D. C." Marion Bayard
Folsom (1893-1976), a World War I veteran, was the longtime Treasurer of
Eastman Kodak Co. (1935-1953). He was President Eisenhower's Secretary of
Health, Education and Welfare from 1955 to 1958. Lightly toned around edges.
Smudge on "Ma" in Marion. Otherwise, fine condition.
