Document signed "Mark Harris" and "Mark Graham Harris", bothin blue ink. Blue ink notations and lead pencil marks in unknown hand. 2 pages, 6½x9, 1 sheet, front and verso. With 6½x3¼ initiation fee receipt carbon copy with perforated left edge stapled at top edge. Oct. 7, 1963. Membership form for the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. According to this form, Harris was scheduled to appear in a 1963 episode of The Danny Kaye Show. English-born Harris (1914-1997) appeared in an uncredited role as Tremble in The Three Stooges Go Around the World in a Daze (1963), as Francis Fryer in the TV movie Calamity Jane (1963), as an English air raid warden on the The Jack Benny Program episode Smothers Brothers Show (1965), as Dan Dynamo in the Japanese TV series Usei shônen popi (1965), as a henchman in The Devil's Sisters (1966), as a "distinguished Englishman" in The Last of the Secret Agents?
