Hollywood, California, October 6, 1977. Marsha Hunt worked as a Powers model
until she debuted onscreen in The Virginia Judge (1935) at the age of 18.
In the 1930s, she appeared in supporting roles in films including Hollywood
Boulevard and These Glamour Girls (1939), before moving on to
leads in B-movies and supporting roles in major films. Blacklisted during the
McCarthy era, she appeared in only a handful of films after 1952, but was
seen in the TV series Peck's Bad Girl. Her last film was Johnny Got
His Gun (1971). She continues to speak out on political and social issues.
