Martha Hyer (1924-2014) made her first film, Thunder Mountain, in
1947. She earned an Oscar nomination as a teacher smitten with Frank Sinatra
in Some Came Running (1958). Other prominent roles included Battle
Hymn (1956) and The Carpetbaggers (1964). She made many TV
appearances, including multiple episodes of Alfred Hitchcock Presents.
She was also a screenwriter on Rooster Cogburn (1975), the last film
produced by Hal Wallis (to whom she was married from 1966 until his death in
1986). Lightly toned, cracked, creased and bowed. Signature has poor adhesion
but is legible. Negative and reproduction errors on image (not visible head-on).
