Typed Letter Signed: “Martin Ross” in blue ink. 7¼x10½. Dated: September 18, 1958. Place: Hollywood, California. One page. In full: “Mr. Dave Stillman, Stillman & Stillman, 41 E. 42nd Street. New York, 17, N.Y. RE: LIPPERT PICTURES. Dear Dave: We have not as yet received a reply to our letter of August 15, 1958. As we mentioned in our letter, Albin Films, Los Angeles, is moving from their present location on October 1st, 1958. It now becomes imperative that we hear from you by return airmail as to the disposition of the inventory of prints (264) held by them. Please let us know if you wish the prints junked or if you wish them stored at Gilboy Co. of Los Angeles. If we do not hear from you by September 24, the prints will be sent to Gilboy with instructions that storage bill shall be charged to Motion Picture Releasing Corp. With kindest regards, I am Yours very truly, Martin Ross.” Martin Ross was the founder and representative of Martin Ross Productions. Signer merits for further research. Lightly toned. Stamped.
