English stage and screen star ROBERT LINDSAY (b. 1949) won an Olivier award for his West End performance in Me and My Gal (1984), and then notched a Tony when he played the same role on Broadway. He has won two more Oliviers, the first for the title role in Becket (1996), the second as Fagin in Oliver! (1997). On British television, he won a BAFTA award for G.B.H. (1991), starred as Ben Harper in the long-running BBC sitcom My Family (2000-2011), and began his second season of Spy in 2012. He played the part of the sitting Prime Minister in The Trial of Tony Blair (2007). JANE CONNELL (1925-2013) appeared in 13 Broadway plays between 1959 and 2001, with starring roles in Mame, Dear World,Me and My Girl and Lend Me a Tenor. She made numerous TV guest appearances. GEORGE S. IRVING (1922-2016) is an actor most known for his character roles on Broadway, making his stage debut in the original production of Oklahoma! in 1943. Several days later, Irving was drafted for World War II, not returning to acting until 1946 in the musical Call Me Mister. His success on stage grew after several plays, eventually making his way into starring roles in such plays as Shinbone Alley (1957), Alfie! (1964), Irene (1973), and Me and My Girl (1986).His performances in Irene and Me and My Girl were both critically praised, with Irene winning him a Tony for Best Featured Actor in a Musical. In addition to his stage roles, he did several voice acting roles, most famously voicing Heat Miser in the classic The Year Without a Santa Claus (1974). Pages heavily toned.
