MICHAEL DANTE The actor addresses this envelope to Todd M. Axelrod, C.E.O. of the Gallery of History, Inc. Autograph Envelope Unsigned, 12x9. Postmarked Beverly Hills, California, June 22, 1984. Addressed to “The American Museum of Historical Documents/ Todd M. Axelrod/ Executive Director/ 520 South Fourth Street/ Suite 340/ Las Vegas, Nevada/ 89101”. Michael Dante (b.1931) was a baseball player signed by the Boston Braves straight out of high school. While at spring training, he took a drama class at the University of Miami, screen tested at MGM, and appeared in Somebody Up There Likes Me (1956). Snagging roles in some 30-odd films, including Westbound, Kid Galahad, and Winterhawk, Dante also had 150 plus television appearances. In addition to being just about all of the Westerns:  Bonanza, Cheyenne, Maverick, Sugarfoot, Death Valley Days, etc., he had recurring roles on General Hospital and Days of Our Lives, and frequently appeared on Star Trek.  More recently, Dante hosted the talk radio program, "On Deck". Neatly sliced open along left edge. Corners and edges gently worn. Otherwise, fine condition.
