MONIQUE VAN VOOREN Signed candid black and white photograph (3½x5) of the Flesh for Frankenstein actress in a glittering gown, with a man romantically kneeling before her Photograph signed: "Monique Van Vooren", in blue felt tip, B/w 3½x5. Monique Van Vooren (1925-2020) was a popular personality of the 1960's and 1970's, stemming first from her frequent appearances on game shows like To Tell the Truth (1959), Password All-Stars (1964), and I've Got a Secret (1959). She had previously performed as a singer and dancer, with one of her first credits being in the musical revue John Murray Anderson's Almanac (1954). However, by the 1960's and 1970's, she was more memorable for her distinctive look and sexual personality, which was best exemplified in the racy horror film Flesh for Frankenstein (1973). After her film role, her career began to slow down, and she turned to more calm ventures like book writing and appearing on day time talk shows. Fine condition.
