Photograph signed: "Morgan Woodward", B/w 8x10. Morgan Woodward (1925-2019) an
American actor with over 120 movies and television shows to his credit between 1956 and
1997. He's probably best known for his role as Marvin "Punk" Anderson in the TV series
Dallas. He also had recurring roles on TV's Gunsmoke,Bonanza and Wagon Train, as
well as numerous westerns in the 1950s and 1960s. Trekkers may also know him from his
roles as Dr. Simon Van Gelder in Dagger of the Mind and Captain Tracey in The Omega
Glory, from the original Star Trek series. He served in the Army Air Corps during World
War II and is a recognized authority on early American planes; one of his hobbies is restoring
and flying antique planes. He's now retired and divides his time between his ranch in Paso
Robles, California and his Hollywood home. ¼ inch black felt tip mark at top left.
