Show bill signed: "Bob Dishy", "Tony Roberts", "Joyce/Van/Patten", 51 pages, 5¾x9. Playbill for a production of Murder at the Howard Johnsons at the John Golden Theatre in New York. American actor BOB DISHY (b. 1934) has appeared in 17 Broadway plays and 50 film and screen credits. He is more well known for his film credits, which although mostly minor roles, include higher billed roles. Two such movies are Don Jaun Demarco (1994), where he plays as Dr. Paul Showalter, and Jungle 2 Jungle, as George Langston. He's also had a recurring role on the television drama Law and Order (1994). TONY ROBERTS' (b. 1939) long-term friendship and professional relationship with comedian/writer/director Woody Allen began when Roberts was cast as Diane Keaton's husband in Allen's Broadway production Play It Again, Sam in 1969. Since that time, Roberts has appeared in such Allen efforts as Annie Hall (1977), Stardust Memories (1980), A Midsummer Night's Sex Comedy (1982) and Radio Days (1987). He co-starred in the 1977 television series Rossetti and Ryan. JOYCE VAN PATTEN (b. 1934), whose acting family includes brother Dick Van Patten, was an original cast member of As the World Turns in 1956. Forty years later, she was a regular on the series Unhappily Ever After. In between, she had a recurring role on The Danny Kaye Show and The Good Guys, and made dozens of guest appearances. Her Broadway credits include Neil Simon's Brighton Beach Memoirs. Feature film credits include the jilted fiancé of Peter Sellers in I Love You, Alice B. Toklas. Fine condition.
