An amendment to an agreement dated May 1, 1969 between Stonebridge Enterprises, Inc., Diamond's company, and Our Own Thing Music, Inc. for the services of Tom Catalano as a producer. Changes include changing the date of the termination of the agreement to no later than September 30, 1974, royalties for "all master recordings produced from and after October 1, 1971, but including the album now entitled 'Stones' and other royalties. Also signed by a representative of Our Own Thing Music, Inc. NEIL DIAMOND (born in 1941) built a career, first as a pop songwriter, and then as a pop singer, that has withstood the changing fashions of music, especially rock, over several decades. In 1966, he reached the Top Ten with his "Cherry, Cherry" (the first of five straight Top 20 hits), while the Monkees took his "I'm a Believer" to No. 1. Other Diamond hits include "Sweet Caroline", "Cracklin' Rosie", "Touching You, Touching Me", "America", "September Morn" and "Love on the Rocks". Also much in demand as a live concert performer, Diamond released his critically acclaimed 12 Songs in 2005. TOM CATALANO was the producer of "Cracklin' Rose", "I Am I Said" and "Sweet Caroline".
