blue ink, B/w 4¾x6½. Welsh actress Nerys Hughes was born on November 8, 1941
in Rhyl, Wales. She appeared in films and television for over forty five
years and is best remembered for her role as Sandra Hutchinson on the long
running television series The Liver Birds (1969-1979, 1996). Another
notable performance was playing the character Todd on the four part episode
"Kinda" in the science fiction television series Doctor Who. Her
other credits include Diary of a Young Man (1964), Z Cars (1963,
1967), How Green Was My Valley (1975-1976), Third Time Lucky
(1982), Tickle on the Tum (1986), The District Nurse (1984-1987)
and The Secret (2002). Fine condition.
