Autograph Envelope signed: "Nicholas Worth" in print in return address, 12x9. 88-cent metered postage affixed, postmarked North Hollywood, California, September 18, 1984. Addressed by Worth to: "Mr. Todd M. Axelrod, The American Museum of Historical Documents, 520 South Fourth Street, Suite 340, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101". At upper left margin, Worth has printed his name and written: "4041 Arch Dr. #214, Studio City, CA 91604". He has also written: "Photos/Please Don't/Bend" at mid-left margin. In 1984, Worth appeared in one feature film, City Heat, and a made-for-TV movie, Invitation to Hell (directed by Wes Craven), and he was a guest star on an episode of the TV series, The Greatest American Hero. Character actor Nicholas Worth (1937-2007), who made his film debut in For Pete's Sake in 1968, is best known for playing the villain in such films as Don't Answer the Phone! (1980), Swamp Thing (1982), The Rape of Richard Beck (1985, TV), Hell Comes to Frogtown (1987) and Darkman (1990). His other film credits include Scream Blacula Scream (1973), The Terminal Man (1974), Coma (1978), The Glove (1979), Armed and Dangerous (1986), Heartbreak Ridge (1986), Dangerous Cargo (1996) and Starforce (2000), and Worth also appeared in made-for-TV movies and was a guest star in a long list of TV series, from comedies to drama. Lightly creased, touching name and writing. Stamped "First Class" and "Do Not Bend" twice each on front and on verso. Strip of tape at postmark. Neatly opened at right edge. Fine condition.
