NICOLE RUTH "NIKKI" SNELSON
Handwritten letter, signing with her Broadway debut role from Annie Get Your Gun
Autograph Letter signed: "Nicole Ruth Snelson/'Winnie Tate'/Annie Get Your Gun", 1 page, 6x8. No place, no date. To "Dear Stephen", in full: "Hello! It was so wonderful to receive your letter and kind words. Bernadette and Tom get most of the mail around here, so it is always exciting to see a letter for me at the stage door. I'm thrilled that you enjoyed the show - we have so much fun doing it. Thank you for being a supporter of Broadway theatre - I hope to perform for you again, soon. Thanks for taking time to write to me - I appreciate it. Love". Nicole Ruth "Nikki" Snelson has signed here in her debut Broadway role as Winnie Tate in the successful revival of Annie Get Your Gun (1999-2001). (The "Bernadette" and "Tom" mentioned in her letter were Bernadette Peters, in the title role of Annie Oakley, and Tom Wopat as Frank Butler.) While making occasional TV appearances (All My Children, 2004; Desperate Housewives, 2005), Snelson has concentrated on stage musicals. She played exercise queen Brooke Wyndham in Legally Blonde: the Musical (2007) and portrayed Cassie in the national tour of A Chorus Line (2008). She was The Mad Hatter in the debut of Wonderland: Alice's New Musical Adventures (2009). Normal mailing fold. Otherwise, fine condition.
