Autograph letter signed: "Norm Crosby", in black ink, 1 page (front and verso), 7¼x10½. November 6, 1991. In part: "Dear Alan, Ignorance breeds distrust and resentment-.. If people would only take the time and the trouble to get to know each other; Learn about your neighbor's culture and background and customs - eat their food and listen to their music...All of the suspicion and anger would suddenly dissolve and folks would see that everyone is basically the same - Man wants security". Standup comedian Norm Crosby (b. 1927), "the Master of Malaprops", a nightclub favorite and a frequent guest on TV guest shows and sitcoms, also appeared in films, including Amore (1993) and Eight Crazy Nights (2002). Lightly toned. Normal mailing folds. Corners slightly worn and creased. Fine condition.
