Inscribed Signature: "To Robert-/ Norma Jean" in black felt tip, 5x3. Norma Jean Beasler (b. 1938) is an American country singer who was most popular during the 1960s, recording thirteen Billboard Top 40 singles and appearing on The Porter Wagoner Show (1961-2015). Two of her first singles, "I'm A Walking Advertisement" and "Put Your Arm Around Her", led to an invitation to the Grand Ole Opry, of which she became a member for several years. Beasler was nominated for a Grammy in 1966 for her single "The Game of Triangles". She took a break from music for a number of years after struggling with alcoholism. Beasler released The Loneliest Star in Texas in 2005, her first album in 15 years. Corners slightly worn. Otherwise, fine condition.
