The Harry N Abrams Edition of Norman Rockwell Limited Graphics consisted of ten (10) 25" x 30" collotype prints, each signed and numbered in pencil by the artist. With each of the ten (10) subject collotype prints came a special limited-edition volume of the book: Norman Rockwell Artist and Illustrator - also signed and numbered by Mr. Rockwell. The number on each print is matched with each book.

The Special edition volume is exactly the same edition of the non-limited version which is sold today in book shops for around sixty dollars, with these exceptions: It is a leather bound book of the finest English leathers (color blue and gold tooling), with marbleized endpapers, and is contained in a slipcase with a red ribbon market. An additional page has been bound into each volume showing its authenticity as to the number of volumes published, the number of collotypes printed, and the autographs of both Norman Rockwell and Thomas Buechner who co-authored this edition. Each volume is also individually numbered.

This special edition was limited to the 1,100 volumes and 1,100 collotype prints - of these 100 were reserved as "Artist Proofs" (AP) for the artist and publishers. Thus, there are only 110 prints of each of the ten (10) subjects that were pulled.

What makes the Harry N Abrams Collection so valuable is the exceptionally low number of collotypes issued (110 of each subject). There are no un-signed or un-numbered editions and all plates have been destroyed. Thus, the possibility of a re-stroke edition cannot exist. Today other Rockwell Limited edition Lithographs and Collotypes are pulled in editions in excess of the 100 pulls in the Abrams Edition.

This lithograph suite is accompanied by a special volume which is signed and numbered "AP D/1". Each lithograph in this set has been framed to an approximate size of 30 x 36.
