LESTER "THE JUDGE" HAYES (b. 1955), who was a five-time Pro Bowler during his career as cornerback for the Los Angeles Raiders (1977-1986), had appeared in the Sun and Hula Bowls during his collegiate career. Hayes, who had been selected by the Raiders in the fifth round of the NFL draft, led the NFL with 13 interceptions in 1980. In post-season play, he had eight interceptions in 13 games, then second in NFL history. TODD J. CHRISTENSEN (1956-2013) was an American football player who played 10 seasons in the NFL for the Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders, New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys between 1978 and 1988. Drafted in the 2nd round of the 1978 NFL Draft, Christensen debuted with the New York Giants in 1979 after being traded from the Cowboys during the offseason. He only played one game with the Giants before moving to Oakland, winning Super Bowl XV and XVIII with the Raiders. A tight end, Christensen is a 5 time Pro Bowler. Following his retirement in 1988, Christensen went on to become an NFL broadcaster and commentator. He also set an age group World Record in Masters Track and Field in the Heptathlon, and was the top decathlete in the world for ages 45 and over. In 2013, after suffering years with liver disease, Christensen died from complications of a liver transplant. In his NFL career, he caught 461 passes for 5, 872 yards and 41 touchdowns. CLIFF BRANCH (born in 1948), considered one of the greatest players in Raiders history, was a wide receiver for the Oakland Raiders from 1972-1981 and for the Los Angeles Raiders from 1982-1985. Branch, who played on four championship Super Bowl teams (1976, 1980 and 1983), also played in four Pro Bowls (1974, 1975, 1976, 1977). He finished his career as the NFL's postseason leader in receptions and yardage. Also signed by ODIS MCKINKLEY (#23), DERRICK JENSEN (#31), ROD MARTIN (#53), DOKIE WILLIAMS (#85), and JERRY ROBINSON (#57). Ball toned and soiled from age. Fine condition.
