In full: "Thanks so much for your friendly note welcoming me back from the Hollywood Victory Caravan. As a matter of fact I did not return here with the HVC but remained in the East in order appear at an additional series of rallies to sell War Bonds. I returned home only yesterday. Slightly creased. Otherwise, fine condition. Accompanied by matching, autograph envelope signed "Olivia de Havilland" in upper left corner, addressed to J. Wayne Martin, Long Beach, California, postmarked Beverly Hills, California, April 2, 1942. Lightly soiled. Opened at top and at upper right and left edges. Otherwise, fine condition.
