In part: "Moody slipped out of the Top-20 on the earnings list in 1990 for the first time in his Senior TOUR career... His best performance was a tie for fourth at the Doug Sanders Kingwood Celebrity Classic... Enjoyed fifth-place finishes at the GTE Suncoast Classic and the Greater Grand Rapids Open." In 1989, Moody (1933-2008, born in Chickasha, Oklahoma) came from behind to win the U.S. Senior Open by two strokes over Frank Beard. His third-round 64 (eight under par) set a course record that went unbroken until 2002, when Don Pooley shot a 63. With this victory, Moody became one of only four golfers to win both the U.S. Open (1969) and the U.S. Senior Open. He also won the Viceroy Panama Open in 1984. Light dent near upper right corner of card. Light impressions on verso of card (not visible head-on). Yellow stain from ink shows through to verso. Otherwise in fine condition.
