8x10. Owen Davis, Jr. (1907-1949) was an American film and stage actor.
Making his film debut in They Had to See Paris (1929), Davis, Jr. in over
a dozen films and stage performances, including All Quiet on the Western
Front (1930), The Luck of Roaring Camp (1937) and Carry On, a
play written by his Pulitzer Prize winning father, dramatist Owen Davis, Sr.
Davis Jr., who also served in World War II, drowned in a boating accident in
1949. Photo credit stamped on verso. Fine condition.
