for membership in the American Federation of Television and Radio Actors, Los
Angeles local. She lists an appearance on "Climax" [Mystery Theater] on
the same date. Patricia Lee, sometimes billed as Tricia Lee, appeared in
episodes of Adam-12 and Family Affair (1969). Lightly creased at
edges and corners. Receipt has fold crease at upper edge. Otherwise, fine
condition.
