To Walter, in full: "Enclosed are the copies [not included] of the letters I wrote to Mrs. Hinclliff- her recent letter & the last. As I said my writing is not the greatest and a couple of mistakes were made such as In my last letter to her, I said 'the lease was forwarded the second week of Aug.' when it was really a month before. She's a shrewd "cashier" as you can see by her wandering of the truth, huh?" The best-selling female vocalist of the 1950s, Page (1927-2013) scored with hits such as her signature song, "Tennessee Waltz" (1950), "Doggie in the Window" (1953) and "Old Cape Cod" (1957). She hosted TV's Patti Page Show (1955-1959). Seldom recording after 1968, she remained a popular touring performer. Lightly soiled at right blank margin. Fine condition.
