Class of 1984 (1992) starred King as Andy Norris, a music teacher at a tough Los Angeles high school who takes action after a gang of sadistic punks terrorize him and potential members of his orchestra. The film co-starred Timothy Van Patten and Roddy McDowall, and featured a scene in which Michael J. Fox gets stabbed in the school cafeteria. Perry King (b. 1948) made his film debut in 1972 in Slaughterhouse Five. He displayed his versatility in a number of feature films, including The Lords of Flatbush (1974), The Wild Party (1975), Lipstick (1976), The Choir Boys (1977) and Switch (1991), and made a number of made-for-TV movies. King also starred in the TV miniseries Captains and the Kings (1976) and in the weekly series Quest (1981), Riptide (1985) and The Trouble With Larry (1993). Fine condition.
