Covers story: "U.S. Architects: Doing Their Own Thing." Johnson (1907-2005) made his first mark on the architectural world with the glass home he built for himself in 1949. Glass continued to be featured in his works, which included a new generation of "international style" glass towers and the Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, California. In addition to buildings, Johnson is noted for his Sculpture Garden at New York's Museum of Modern Art. Lightly creased. Mailing label in lower left corner. Otherwise, fine condition.
