The fifth actor to play James Bond signs this index card
Signature: "Pierce/Brosnan" in purple ink, 5x3 card. Irish-born actor Pierce Brosnan (b. 1953) gathered experience on the London stage before making his film debut in The Long Good Friday (1976). After playing TV detective Remington Steele (1982-1987), he moved easily into the role of James Bond with Golden Eye (1995). Brosnan was the fifth actor to play the role. He followed up the first film with three more bond films: Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), The World is Not Enough (1999), and Die Another Day (2002) before being replaced by Daniel Craig. Brosnan has also played dapper con men in the remake of The Thomas Crown Affair (1999) and in The Tailor of Panama (2001). His more recent films include After the Sunset (2004), The Matador (2005), and Mamma Mia! (2008). Fine condition.
