Postcard Photograph signed: "Piero Cappuccilli/1967". Color, 4x6. Opera baritone Piero Cappuccilli (1929-2005)specialized in the repertoire of his native Italy, and especially the works of Verdi. He performed mostly in Europe, with infrequent visits to North and South America. He performed at the Met only once, in La Traviata (1970). Cappuccilli left an impressive discography, including two recordings of Lucia di Lammermoor, one with Maria Callas in 1959 and the other with Beverly Sills in 1970. Corners worn.
