Show Bill signed: "Frank Langella", "Allison Janney", "Lisa Emery", "Jeff Weiss", "Kellie Overby", "Margaret Sophie/Stein", "Tim Hopper", "David/Cale", "Carolyn/Seymour", 58 pages, 5½x8½. Playbill for a production of Present Laughter at New York's Walter Kerr Theatre. This, the third of four revivals to date of the Noel Coward play, ran for 175 performances (October 1996 - April 1997). Stage and screen actor FRANK LANGELLA (b. 1938) was nominated for Tony Awards for Best Actor for his role as Count Dracula in the hit Broadway play, Dracula (which he reprised in the 1979 film version) and Match (2004), and he was also nominated for Best Supporting Actor Tony Awards for Seascape (1975) and Fortune's Fool (2002). Debuting in films in 1970's Diary of a Mad Housewife, Langella's film credits include Masters of the Universe (1987), Dave (1993) and Lolita (1997). He portrayed Richard Nixon in the theater and film productions of Frost/Nixon (2007-2008), winning his third Tony and a Golden Globe, and being nominated for an Oscar. ALLISON JANNEY (b. 1959) won a Theatre World Award for her performance in Present Laughter, and would earn Tony and Drama Desk nominations for A View from the Bridge (1998) and 9 to 5 (2009). She is better known however, as White House Press Secretary and later Chief of Staff on The West Wing (winning 4 Emmys between 1999 and 2006). Margaret Sophie Stein was the American stage name of Polish actress MALGORZATA ZAJASKOWSKA (b. 1956), who worked in the US from 1981 to 1999. This was her only Broadway performance, but she was seen in a dozen films, including Sarah, Plain and Tall (1991) and Bullets Over Broadway (1994). Other signers include 3-time Drama Desk Award nominee LISA EMERY (Marvin's Room, Abigail's Party and The Collection), and Drama Desk nominee CAROLYN SEYMOUR (b, 1947) for Goose-Pimples.
