"Silent Cal," as he was called for his economy of speech, succeeded to the Presidency upon the death of Warren Harding and won election to his own full term in 1924. ½x1¼ paper loss in lower right corner. Marguerite Whipple Stoddard (d. 1979) was a personnel officer with banks and insurance companies in Massachusetts. Otherwise, fine condition.
